Questions, answered.
When am I charged?
Month one is paid when you subscribe. After that your subscription renews on the same date each month, and we email you a reminder first. You can also pay by bank transfer - we send an invoice each month.
What counts as one artwork?
One finished design in one size - a post, a story, a cover image or one slide of a carousel. Adapting a design to another size counts as another artwork.
Do unused artworks roll over?
No. Your 15 artworks reset every month. If you need more in a busy month, extra artworks are US$5 each.
How long is the plan?
It's a 12-month plan, billed monthly. You can cancel any time on your client page - if you cancel before the 12 months are up, the remaining balance of the term is payable, as set out in our terms.
What if a payment fails?
We email you and try again after 3 and 5 days. You can pay with another card any time on your client page. If it still fails the plan pauses until you pay.
How fast will I get my designs?
First drafts arrive within 5 working days of your request, and each artwork includes 3 rounds of revisions.
